Obsessed with avo? You’re in luck. Soon you won’t have to trek to Brooklyn to experience the country’s first all-avocado restaurant.

When Biggi appeared on ABC’s Shark Tank last week, the sharks were impressed by what they saw and by the avo-centric dishes they sampled.

He said that his goal is to open 20 more locations in the next five years, focusing on health-minded cities like Los Angeles, Miami, and San Diego.
