To celebrate its newest YouTube series “The Burger Show,” First We Feast debuted a limited-time burger pop-up running now through March 13th.

Series host and Eggslut founder, Alvin Cailan, will host the event at The Nolitan Hotel in Manhattan.

“The Burger Show” pop-up features an exclusive show-inspired menu with four unique, Insta-worthy burger creations:

All Black Truffle Everything Burger: a decadent burger with black truffle aioli, truffled beef patty, gruyère truffle cheese, and caramelized onions on a toasty brioche bun ($30 with fries).

Oklahoma Fried Onion Burger: a nod to Oklahoma’s regional burgers features an all-beef patty smashed with thinly sliced sweet onions and smothered with American cheese on a toasted Martin’s Potato roll ($10 with fries).

Shack-N-Out Burger: a mashup of two of America’s beloved burger joints boasts two all-beef patties, American cheese, grilled onions, chopped chilies, lettuce, and special sauce on a Martin’s Potato bun ($12 with fries).

Big Bad Burger Burrito: a crazy, stunt burger with five all-beef patties, American cheese, jalapeño jack cheese, special sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, guac, and French fries sandwiched in between a Martins potato roll, then wrapped in a gigantic flour tortilla. ($40 with fries; serves 2-3 people).

The pop-up opens each day at 4pm and early arrival is strongly encouraged, as only 125 burgers are available each day.
