An All-You-Can-Eat Hummus Festival is Happening
There’s an awesome event happening in March. And hummus consider going to it if you’re in the UK (and a fan of Middle Eastern cuisine).
On March 1st, Manchester is hosting a Lebanese food festival where guests can enjoy an unlimited supply of the chickpea-based spread in all its glory.
The all-you-can-eat hummus festival, held by the University of Manchester’s Lebanese Society, will be entirely vegan, with loads of different varieties of creamy hummus to dip your pita into, according to the event’s Facebook page. The description reads:
“HUMMUS hummus HUMMUS hummus! It’s not just a dip, it’s the main course.”
“Be ready to dig in some authentic Lebanese hummus with some exciting events! You’ll be tasting and choosing the best among a range of hummus. You can buy a pot of whichever one you choose for just £1! It’s all vegan and healthy but most importantly extremely delicious!”
There will be hummus wraps, too.
All-you-can-eat-hummus sounds like the kind of party we want to dip into. No wonder 4.4 thousand people are already interested in attending.
