At Cottoni in Perth, Australia, fairy floss ice cream is made using flavored scoops and scrumptious sundae toppings surrounded by heavenly cotton candy pillows.


At California’s Maji Cafe, color-changing “Snow Lemonade” is served as a giant puff over a glass of freshly squeezed lemonade. When you pour the signature Blue Butterfly Pea Flower Tea on top, the cotton candy melts and the mixture creates a vibrant purple drink.
