Say hello to the internet’s latest hybrid dessert superstar: the Doffle. Created at Washington, DC’s B Too cafe, this part glazed doughnut-part waffle confection has gained a cult following in the Capital City and is getting major Insta-love.

The luscious, custard-filled pastry is pressed in a waffle iron before getting flash fried, coated with a sugary glaze, and topped with rainbow sprinkles. The Belgian eatery serves their original creation fresh and warm—and it only costs $3.25.
