Ooh la la off-menu ’za

Ooh la la off-menu ’za

The secret’s out…

Luxurious, gold-infused foods are becoming increasingly popular. And so are secret, off-menu dishes. Combine the two and you have one heck of a buzz-worthy item.

At Ray’s and Stark Bar, an artsy, globally-inspired restaurant located on the premises of the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, in-the-know diners can go for the gold with an extravagant pizza.

The secret ’za, created by executive chef Fernando Darin, features a decadent truffled cheese from Italy, creamy burrata, and a beautifully soft and chewy, blistered crust—finished with a generous sprinkle of edible gold flakes.

After working up an appetite getting your art on at LACMA, this fancy off-menu pie is surely an opulent way to satisfy your hunger.

Not into gold pizza? Come by for the paw-some Barky Brunch every Sunday from 10am-3pm on the spacious outdoor patio.
