Giada De Laurentiis Debuts Fast-Casual Eatery in Vegas
Celebrity chef and TV personality Giada De Laurentiis just opened her second Las Vegas restaurant: Pronto by Giada at Caesars Palace.
Similar to her highly-successful GIADA at The Cromwell (also in Vegas), Pronto offers guests Giada’s signature Italian fare peppered with California influences, but in a fast-casual format.
Separated into three distinct sections, Pronto features counter service eats, a wine bar, and a retail shopping area.
Breakfast offerings include housemade pastries, egg sandwiches (like the antipasti breakfast sandwich with Nueske’s bacon, prosciutto cotto, mortadella, pepper mascarpone, and provolone), fresh-pressed juices, and smoothies.
For lunch, you can choose from her signature lobster roll, curried chicken panini, gooey grilled cheese with lemon pesto, grilled fish and chicken dishes, and a variety of seasonal salads.
Sweets lovers can delight in mounds of traditional Italian-style gelato and sorbetto, her famous lemon ricotta cookies, and decadent cakes by the slice.
For sipping, Pronto’s full-service bar features 40 California-Italian wines by the glass, flight options, and signature cocktails boasting Giada-inspired flavors like lemon and fig. Salute!
Sounds like Sin City just got a lot more delizioso and we need to get there pronto.
