’Tis the season for springtime sweets. And Dominique Ansel is as magical as the Easter Bunny.

The Cronut creator-pastry whiz is helping dessert lovers get into the holiday spirit in crazy adorable—and clever—ways. His latest creative confections are sure to bring heaps of sugary joy and bunny-fueled deliciousness to any spring occasion.

Feast your eyes on these Easter-themed masterpieces:

Meet Peter, a darling milk chocolate Easter bunny egg filled with mini white chocolate truffle eggs. He comes with a chocolate carrot and is grazing on a field of “grass” made of coconut flakes. Available March 23rd-April 1st at Dominique Ansel Bakery in Soho and Dominique Ansel Kitchen in the West Village.

The Cronut® gets a dose of festive flair in spring, too. April’s NYC flavor: Rhubarb Rose Mascarpone, filled with rhubarb rose jam and mascarpone ganache, finished with raspberry sugar and pretty pink glaze on the outside. Starts April 1st at Dominique Ansel Bakery in Soho.

DA’s Easter tradition: Peep-a-Boos are little marshmallow chicks inside real eggshells. Crack open the shell to reveal a dark chocolate egg filled with honey marshmallow with a salted caramel center. Available from March 23rd-April 1st at Dominique Ansel Bakery in Soho, London, and LA, and Dominique Ansel Kitchen in the West Village.

In Los Angeles, Dominique Ansel is doing Easter the California way, with a bright green “Huevocado”—a chocolate avocado Easter egg filled with mini white chocolate eggs inside. Available March 23-April 1st at Dominique Ansel Bakery LA.

Meet cute-as-a-button Cottontail, part of the trio of chocolate Easter bunny eggs in NYC. Filled with mini white chocolate truffle eggs, this white chocolate bunny is presented on a chocolate base topped with shredded coconut “grass.” Available March 23-April 1st at Dominique Ansel Bakery in Soho and Dominique Ansel Kitchen in the West Village.

Happy Easter, sweets lovers!
