Kellogg’s to Open Cereal Café Concept in NYC’s Union Square
Sugary cereal lover? Here’s a big bowl of good news.
Building off a year of success from their Times Square pop-up, Kellogg’s is set to open its very own permanent café in Union Square. Nearly five times the size of the original, the new destination at 31 East 17th Street will celebrate cereal in all its sweet glory.
Kellogg’s NYC Café will bring people’s unwavering love of cereal to life. The new immersive space will be packed with endless cereal possibilities, giving people the “opportunity to eat, chill, and create,” according to the brand.
New elements that will differentiate this café from the pop-up include an open-concept kitchen where guests can watch cereal creations being made or DIY their own using fresh ingredients from the Union Square farmer’s market. There’s also a revamped menu mixing old favorites and “new creations inspired by surprise partners,” which most likely means celebrity chefs (as featured at the previous location).
And, of course, the interior will be incredibly Insta-worthy, with many areas that beg for photo opps and “where cereal and Kellogg’s characters vibrantly and colorfully come to life.” Here’s looking at you, Tony the Tiger.
Kellogg’s NYC Café is slated to open on December 7th. And we’re cereal-ly excited to check it out.
