The acclaimed sushi restaurant opened its first resort on the California coast

Celebrated for its world-class cuisine and Japanese-inspired design, Nobu has become synonymous with its celebrity and A-list clientele. Kayne even name drops it on his “See Me Now” track.

The global sushi sensation from celebrity chef Nobu Matsuhisa and actor Robert De Niro recently debuted Nobu Ryokan Malibu: a chic, luxurious hotel along the Pacific Coast Highway which is bound to draw the same star-studded crowd.

Originally a beach motel in the 1950’s, the property has been dramatically revamped into a relaxing oasis with a calming neutral color palette and signature Japanese touches throughout.

Each of the 16 well-appointed suites features modern amenities like indoor-outdoor fireplaces, Ryokan-style teak soaking tubs, and private decks overlooking beautiful Carbon Beach.

The intimate inn also boasts a serene Japanese garden, an onsite racquet club, and private beach access. And, of course, spectacular cuisine at Nobu Malibu restaurant right next door.
