Burger giant Shake Shack has teamed up with esteemed chefs on special burgers before, but this collabo might be the most unexpected. Michelin-starred British chef Fergus Henderson is flexing his culinary muscles with his limited-edition, fish-based burger—unlike anything you’ve ordered at the Shack before.

On September 15th and 16th, you can get his exclusive smoked eel burger, topped with smoked Niman Ranch bacon, pickled red onions, horseradish, crème fraîche, and watercress, at Shake Shack’s original Madison Park location. Along with the eel’wich, vanilla custard doughnuts from Henderson’s acclaimed restaurant in London, St. John, and red and white wines from the restaurant’s French winery will be on offer.

This British invasion is sure to draw long lines, so get there early if you r-eel-y want to try it.
