Shake Shack Debuts a Dog Gone Pink Milkshake
Dogs and sweets are two of life’s greatest-ever simple pleasures. And if you’re a fan of both, you’re in luck.
Shake Shack is launching a special Valentine’s Day milkshake that will help support a wonderful doggie-based initiative.
Called the Love Shack, this limited-edition, millennial pink confection is inspired by the iconic ’80s hit of the same name, and was actually created in partnership with the B-52s (peep a pic of the band below).
The Love Shack is a “strawberry blonde” milkshake topped with whipped cream and a generous sprinkling of edible glitter that’s sure to get tails waggin’.
The sweetest part? For every $5.99 shake sold, the burger chain will donate $2 to Canine Companions for Independence, a non-profit that trains puppies to become companions to people with disabilities and provides “a lifetime of support entirely free of charge.”
And that’s just paw-esome.
The special-edition treat will be available at select Shake Shack locations in Atlanta, Los Angeles, and New York City from February 9th-18th.
So go on and order a Love Shack, baby. Because there’s no better Valentine than your four-legged best friend.
