Disney Unleashes Next Level Holiday Treats
During the holiday season, Disneyland transforms into a magical winter wonderland. Every part of the parks get sprinkled with festive touches, so it makes sense that the food would get a holiday makeover, too.
Next to the rides and iconic characters, Disney’s biggest draw is its food. “The Happiest Place On Earth” has become a top destination for sweets lovers and foodies (remember when Foodgōd ate his way through the parks recently?), with highly in-demand items garnering cult followings and blowing up our social feeds.
For the next few weeks, you can get your hands on dozens of limited-edition treats at Disney parks on both coasts. Here are a few of our favorites that are sure to bring a big dose of Disney magic to your holidays:
Guests at Disneyland in California can delight in this delicious chocolate peppermint pie with sprinkles and candy cane topper — just head to Flo’s V8 Cafe in Cars Land.
The beloved Mickey-shaped beignets served at Disneyland’s Julep Bar get dusted with a crunchy candy cane coating and come with a sweet vanilla frosting dipper.
This candy cane soft serve ice cream covered in candy cane “sprinkles” from Cozy Cone Motel at Disney’s California Adventure park is calling our name.
Eggnog lover? You’ll flip for these sweet and festive eggnog macarons, which you can find at Disney California Adventure’s Winter Sliderland booth.
Visitors to Disney California Adventure’s Award Wieners can indulge in this decadent dessert mashup: gingerbread funnel cake fries. A funnel cake that’s been shaped into stringy fries gets topped with gingerbread crumbs, whipped cream, and caramel drizzle.
Santa’s Mittens Macarons (a pair of red, mitten-shaped macarons filled with a big scoop of vanilla or mint chocolate chip ice cream) at Schmoozie’s in Disney’s California Adventure are hands-down adorable.
With all these sweet options, you really can’t go wrong.
