You need these festive treats

’Tis the season for sweets. And Dominique Ansel is as magical as Santa Claus.

Feast your eyes on these merry masterpieces:

Blizzard the Polar Bear Religious is a double decker cream puff filled with caramelized apples and brown butter (basically an apple pie in cream puff form) with a festive red and white striped scarf and powdered sugar “snow.” Bring Blizzard to your next holiday party to steal the show. #cutenessoverload

And the cream puff creatures don’t stop there—these penguin puffers (complete with red sprinkle ear muffs and scarf) are almost too adorable to eat.

The limited-edition gingerbread pinecone confection is made with a spice cake base layered with ginger-flavored mousse and rich speculoos ganache, then finished with about 70 tiny, hand-cut chocolate petals. We’re seriously pining for this pinecone.

Your dessert table will look oh-so merry and bright with this elegant Pistachio Cherry Bûche de Noël made with pistachio mousse, mascarpone ganache, Amarena cherries, crispy praline feuilletine, and a white chocolate reindeer on top.

Dominique Ansel even makes something as basic as hot chocolate fun and whimsical. Watch the Blossoming Hot Chocolate, topped with a blooming flower-shaped marshmallow, in action below:

The Cronut® gets a dose of festive flair in December, too. The monthly NYC flavor is Eggnog Caramel: the croissant-donut hybrid pastry is filled with creamy eggnog ganache and ooey gooey caramel, then finished with nutmeg sugar glaze.

And the special LA Cronut® flavor is Strawberry Butter and Cinnamon Toast Ganache filled with slow-cooked strawberry preserves and creamy cinnamon ganache, finished with raw sugar and a touch of anise. Who wouldn’t want a six-pack of these babies under the tree?

And then there’s the always-enjoyable DAB signature sweets including chocolate chip cookie shots with vanilla-infused milk and frozen s’mores on a stick. We can go on and on…
